Holly came to Advocates for the West in 2026 from a background fighting industrial agricultural practices that harm communities, animals, and the environment. Before joining Advocates for the West, she worked at non-profits where she led cases to combat factory farm pollution, strengthen oversight of farm animal welfare, and reinstate grants terminated based on federal policies against diversity and climate action. Previously, Holly worked as an environmental litigator for the State of California and a large law firm, and clerked for the U.S. District Court in San Diego. She holds a J.D. and B.S. from the University of Arizona.

Holly lives in Tucson, Arizona, and loves exploring the Southwest with her family. She is excited to combine her passion for the outdoors and litigation experience to protect the public lands and wildlife that make the West home.
